For skill, efficiency, and thoughtfulness.  I needed to have my non-level, gravel drive upgraded with paving bricks so that cars driving onto it would have greater traction, and the drive would still be water permeable.  It was a complicated job including considering a major sewage manhole access in the middle of the drive.  Mr Clark discussed the job with me making excellent suggestions and we agreed that he would expedite the work while I was away for 2 weeks.  During this period, I received illustrated progress reports which were extremely helpful.  The job took less than one week.  On my return I was delighted to see the work of art and skill that was the result.  The men worked with conscientious precision and artistic skill to produce a result that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional in every respect.  The paperwork was clear and the settlement system efficient.  In short, the result was better than I imagined it would be, probably also increasing the saleability of the property.  Excellent work!'
